A complete set of every banjo hollow fuel bolt on the car in stainless steel - complete with copper washers. Adjust quantities for the ones you don't need. The bolts are slightly different lengths to the originals which means on the 6 that screw into the injectors you need to use slightly thicker washers (102344A).
Kit contains:
18 x 102343 bolt in stainless steel (injector lines x12, primary pressure line x2, cold start valve line x2, control pressure line x1, frequency valve x1)
1 x 102351 bolt in stainless steel (control pressure line)
2 x 102369 bolt in stainless steel (supply hose, fuel filter)
1 x 102358 double banjo bolt in coated steel - this one isn't stainless (frequency valve/return hose)
24 x 102344 copper washer (injector lines x12, primary pressure line x4, cold start valve line x4, control pressure line x2, frequency valve x2)
12 x 102344A thick copper washer (injectors x12)
2 x 102352 copper washer (control pressure line x2)
7 x 102360 (frequency valve x1, return hose x2, supply hose x2, fuel filter x2)
It's sensible to have some spare washers too, since these should be replaced each time they are tightened, we'd suggest an extra 12x102344, 6x102344A, 2x102352, 4x102360.
Remove 1 x 102343 bolt and 2 x 102344 washers, and 1 x 102358 double banjo and 1 x 102360 washer and
add 1 x 102369 bolt if you are using a Volvo fuel distributor (because you don't have a frequency valve)
Remove 2 x 102360 washers if you are replacing the fuel filter with one that has washers included.
It is highly recommended to replace the fuel filter at the same time - although
see the complete kit for that.
